Kayce has been a homeschooling mama for 19 years to four amazing humans. She is passionate about helping others and has spent the past 30 years teaching, encouraging, and empowering others to care for their mind and body. She studied Health Fitness and Psychology at UNCC and serves others through health coaching, teaching wellness classes, and through dance. Jesus, sunshine, people, and music make her heart jump for joy!

Classes are 50 minutes

MAMA'S LINE DANCING

Come move with us, Moms! Get some exercise while learning to dance or brushing up on your skills. The music and fellowship will lift your heart and the movement will strengthen your body. You are going to love it! No experience required.

While you are dancing, your children are welcome to play on the other side of the gym, under your supervision.
