FIBER ARTS INTRODUCTION
Target Levels: Ages 8 - 18
12 Weeks
In this hands-on fiber arts class, students will learn the foundational skills of knitting or crochet in a small group setting. Students will choose either knitting or crochet and build their skills progressively throughout the course, gaining confidence with each project.
As they practice, students will learn basic techniques, stitch patterns, and how to follow simple instructions while developing patience and attention to detail. By the end of the session, each student will complete multiple swatch squares that will be assembled into a small keepsake blanket to take home, creating a meaningful project they can be proud of.
