MEET THE INSTRUCTOR: NOAH SMITH
Noah is an incredibly gifted musician, talented in playing multiple instruments, and experienced in giving lessons. Noah has been part of the Velos family since 2017, when he joined our competitive archery team, Storm. Even after graduating from high school, he continued to serve faithfully, eventually becoming BAI Certified to coach archery. Since then, he has also become a certified electrician and recently launched his own business — which, thankfully, allows him a more flexible schedule to teach with Velos.
He is passionate about instilling solid technique, beautiful tone, and a strong foundation in music theory — equipping students to “speak the language of music” so they can communicate with and learn from other musicians.
Beginner and Intermediate Guitar Lessons
One-on-one lessons are available for beginner and intermediate students. Beginners will learn chords, strumming patterns, and proper technique, while intermediate players will build on their foundation with music theory, scales, and more advanced rhythms. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s skill level to strengthen weak areas, fill in knowledge gaps, and help them grow into confident, well-rounded guitar players.
Target Grades: 6th - 12th
Schedule: You can choose 1/2 to 1 hour sessions. Noah will reach out to you to schedule your time slot, once you are registered.
