GUITAR LESSONS

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:  JACOB TAYLOR

Jake has over a decade of experience playing the guitar and has played professionally with orchestras and choirs, for theatrical productions, and as a hired musician with local bands and artists. He is passionate about good technique, good tone, and a foundation of music theory that allows you to speak the language of music to communicate with and learn from other musicians.

Beginner and Intermediate Guitar Lessons

One-on-one lessons are available for beginner and intermediate students. Beginners will learn chords, strumming patterns, and proper technique, while intermediate players will build on their foundation with music theory, scales, and more advanced rhythms. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s skill level to strengthen weak areas, fill in knowledge gaps, and help them grow into confident, well-rounded guitar players.

Target Grades: 6th - 12th 

Schedule:  You can choose 1/2 to 1 hour sessions.   Jacob will reach out to you to schedule your time slot, once you are registered.

Tuesday:  12:30 - 4:30 PM

Thursday  11:00 AM - 2:30 PM

September 11 - December 4, 2025

Thanksgiving - Week of November 24, 2025

Winter Break - December 15 - January 8, 2026

Spring Break - March 16, 2026

Tuition:  $35 per 1/2 hour session  /  $70 per 1 hour session
