SCIENCE- ASTRONAUT ACADEMY - SECRETS OF THE VAST, MYSTERIOUS UNIVERSE
Target Levels: Ages 7 (mature) - 12
12 Weeks
Blast off on a faith-based journey through God’s vast universe as students explore the solar system, stars, and galaxies while creating their own model cosmos.
In this engaging astronomy class, students will explore the wonders of the solar system through a Biblical worldview, discovering the beauty, order, and purpose of God’s creation. From the sun, moon, and planets to stars and galaxies, we will study how the heavens declare the glory of God and reveal His incredible design.
Through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions, students will learn about the structure of our solar system, the unique features of each planet, and how everything in space works together with precision and order. As we study the universe, we will also reflect on what Scripture teaches about creation and our place within it.
Throughout the course, students will work on creating their own model solar system, giving them a visual and memorable understanding of how the planets are arranged and how vast and fascinating our universe truly is.
This class is designed to inspire curiosity, deepen understanding, and encourage a sense of wonder at the world God has made.

HISTORY & GEOGRAPHY ADVENTURES, EMPIRES & EPIC STORIES (ELEM-MIDDLE)
Target Levels: Ages 8 - 13
12 Weeks
Travel back in time to learn about adventure, empires, and epic stories from history, as well as an emphasis on geography.
In this engaging, story-driven history/geography class, students will journey through time to discover some of the greatest stories ever told—stories of courage, bravery, and lives that shaped the world. From remarkable people to fascinating places and pivotal moments in history, we will explore the past in a way that brings it to life.
Through interactive lessons, storytelling, and hands-on activities, students will step into history and experience it as a story rather than just a timeline. Along the way, we will highlight character, courage, and the impact one life can have.
All material covered in this class will be new and will not overlap with topics from previous semesters, making it a great option for both returning and new students.
This class invites students to become “time travelers” as they explore the people, places, and events that continue to shape our world today. There will be a weekly emphasis on map skills!
