REGISTRATION WILL OPEN EARLY APRIL, 2025
This class will help students improve fitness levels while incorporating team sports, drills, relays, and games. While channeling our energy in a fun and productive way, we will work to enhance the strength of both the mind and the body.
Students are encouraged to incorporate healthy habits into their everyday lives.
Target Levels: 1st - 5th Grade
Teacher: Kayce Rutledge
Kayce has been a homeschooling mama for 19 years to four amazing humans. She is passionate about helping others and has spent the past 30 years teaching, encouraging, and empowering others to care for their mind and body. She studied Health Fitness and Psychology at UNCC and serves others through health coaching, teaching wellness classes, and through dance. Jesus, sunshine, people, and music make her heart jump for joy!
