Summary:
We will incorporate team sports, obstacle courses, and learn about the body each week. We will work to improve our strength and endurance while channeling our energy in a fun and effective way.
Physical activity is beneficial for both the mind and the body. This class is designed to help students practice and develop skills to improve their strength, endurance, and build confidence. Each week, students will play games, sports, and other activities. They will be challenged to work as a team and also be a part of individual exercises. Students will learn ways to care for the body and how to set goals to do their very best. Expect a lot of movement and a lot of fun!
Teacher: Kayce Rutledge
Kayce is also our instructor for tap & clogging. She is a wife and homeschooling mama to four incredible humans. Kayce loves Jesus, people, sunshine, and music. She has spent the last 25 years helping people become stronger and learn to take care of their bodies. She started dancing at an early age and dance is still deep in her heart. She is thrilled about the opportunity to share her love of movement and healthy living.
