 HAND BUILDING LEVEL 1

Course Summary:

This class will be covering the basics of handbuilding with clay. We will be learning different methods of construction, assembly, surface design, and other methods of decoration.

This class is ideal for new and returning students. If you have previous experience with clay there will be additional skills to build on, and if it is your first time, we will be covering everything you need to know! There will be a few repeat projects from the fall semester, as well as plenty of new projects.

Other: This course is intended to be a live class full of engaging hands-on and interactive opportunities.

Caroline took ceramics at Bob Jones University and has been teaching adults and kids Hollowed Earth Pottery for the past 3 years. Her personal work shows her quirky and fun spirit and she enjoys embracing the whimsical aspect of pottery.

SESSION 1:   January 9 - January 30, 2025

SESSION 2:  February 6 - February 27, 2025

Tuition:  $240.00  each 4 week session  (2 hour classes)
