REGISTRATION NOW FOR SUMMER ARCHERY CAMP & ARCHERY PE FOR FALL!
Click below to be directed to our Velos portal. Click 'Request Membership' to get started! Once you submit your form and are approved, you will receive a welcome email which will then allow you to log in to your dashboard and begin choosing your classes for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please take the time to read through our policies and procedures before you select classes. We suggest strongly that you use this website and view Class Matrix to create your schedule prior to selecting your student's classes. The portal does not offer a View Cart or Drop option - your class registration, once selected, is final.
Whether you're selecting a single class or building a full schedule, parents and students have the flexibility to plan in a way that best suits their needs. The annual campus fee (membership) grants access to campus all Velos days of the week, even if a student is enrolled in just one class. Please note that class tuition is set by each individual teacher and is separate from the annual campus fee. Students 12 and older are required to be enrolled in a minimum of one class per semester. Students 12 and under, on campus, will be enrolled in a class unless they are accompanied by a parent.
At Velos, community thrives beyond the classroom—there’s something for everyone to grow, connect, and enjoy!
Younger children love the playground and open grassy areas, while moms often walk and connect with one another. Older students can jump into games like basketball, volleyball, flag football, and more. Whether on the lawn or gathered under shaded tables with umbrellas, friends and families enjoy picnics, conversation, and time together.
Inside, the Velos Café offers a warm and welcoming space. Moms can relax and catch up, while students enjoy board games, great company, and a cozy place to hang out. Our baristas serve favorite drinks, and the concession stand features a variety of snacks and meals.
We host student dance nights throughout the year, and will offer free lunchtime events like guest speakers for VEL Talks (think TED Talks!), praise and worship, and more. Families also look forward to special gatherings such as our Fall Fest, filled with food, games, and dancing.
Each May, we wrap up the year by honoring our graduating seniors with a meaningful and beautiful graduation ceremony.
Parents are not required to volunteer, but we always welcome those who wish to be involved in making Velos an even better experience for our families. We have several positions open for the 2026-2027 school year for parents that are interested in serving. Please reach out to velosorganization@gmail.com if you are interested in serving with us in this ministry.
