MEET THE INSTRUCTOR/COACH: ALYSSA CALVIN

Coach Alyssa brings over 10 years of coaching experience at both the club and school levels, working with athletes of all ages. A lifelong player herself, she is passionate about the game and dedicated to helping others grow in skill and confidence. Alyssa is known not only for her knowledge of the sport, but also for the genuine care she shows toward her players and their families.

This class is designed to be fun and engaging, with a focus on learning the game through instruction and game play. While we’re here to enjoy ourselves, we also take commitment seriously—showing up on time and participating fully helps ensure that everyone has a great experience. Just like any other class, your presence and effort matter!

It will provide volleyball instruction combined with game play to help players develop their skills, improve their understanding of the game, and grow as individual athletes and teammates.

Prerequisite: Students should have some prior experience playing volleyball.

Adhering to the Velos dress code is not optional and is expected at all times during class.
Proper attire allows for safe movement, promotes unity, and shows respect for the standards we've set as a program.

September 9 - December 9, 2025

Thanksgiving - Week of November 24, 2025

Winter Break - December 15 - January 8, 2026

Spring Break - March 16, 2026
