CROCHET

Crochet is offered in the Fall semester and will open for registration for Fall 2025 in March.

This course will cover the fundamental skills needed for crochet, from foundational stitches to simple projects.

Students will learn chaining, slip stitch, single, half double, and double stitches, as well as how to read simple patterns. Combining these basics students will make granny squares, a bag, and a sweater or vest. 

All items such as crochet hooks, yarn, and patterns are included in the cost.

Target Level: 6th - 12th Grades

TEACHER:  ASHLEY MANSFIELD

Ashley Mansfield has pursued many hobbies, with crochet starting as far back as elementary school. She picked crochet back up more seriously in 2021 when chronic illness kept her home for months on end. Ashley lives in Greer with her husband, daughter, and cat.
